To book a room, use one of the following methods:

• Online on the website: Select the dates and room type in the booking module on the page of the desired category (for example, "Luxury").
• By phone: Call the reservation department by number: +7 (843) 235-18-90 or +7 927 040-73-55
• By email: Send a request with the dates and room type to hotel-itpark@tatar.ru

Children under 5 years old are accommodated free of charge, provided they use existing beds (no extra bedding or breakfast is provided).

Upon request, the hotel provides cots. Please contact us in advance to check availability and arrange this service.

Free secure parking is provided for the guests of our hotel.

• The order of use: The parking lot is located opposite the hotel at 10/1 Tufana Minullina Street, Kazan. To access the parking lot, please provide the registration number of your vehicle to the receptionist upon check-in.
• Additional information: You can view a detailed route map on our website. You can also ask the receptionist for details when booking a room.

Payment for accommodation is possible in the following ways:

• Online on the website: Payment by credit card or through the Rapid Payment System (RPS) when booking on the hotel's official website. .
• At the hotel: Payment is made in cash or by credit card at the reception desk upon check-in.
• Cashless payment: Cashless payment by bank transfer.

For the convenience of guests, the hotel provides a free luggage storage service. You can use this service on the day of arrival (before checking in and settling into your room) or on the day of departure (after leaving your room and before leaving the hotel).

Please note that the hotel has the following check-out time:

• Check-in time: 15:00.
• Check-out time: before 12:00.

For citizens of the Russian Federation:

• Passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation.
• In the absence of a Russian Federation passport, a Russian Federation citizen's foreign passport or a temporary identity card is required.
• For minor Russian citizens under the age of 14, a birth certificate is required. When settling without legal representatives, a notarized consent from the parents is required.

Please note that from January 1, 2026 , check-in will also be possible upon presentation of a driver's license.

For foreign citizens:

• A foreign citizen's passport or another document recognized by an international treaty of the Russian Federation as an identity document for a foreign citizen.
• A migration card with an entry stamp.
• A valid visa (if a visa regime is required).

Please note that the hotel has the following check-out time:

• Check-in time: 15:00.
• Check-out time: before 12:00.

Accommodation of guests with pets is not provided in our hotel. This rule is due to the need to maintain high standards of cleanliness and ensure a comfortable stay for all guests. Thank you for your understanding.
